7 Habits in 2 Ways

Stephen Covey's book, "The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People"

In case you're interested.... unofficial Habit # 8

Let me share another great habit - secret of success - from my old Greek mentor.
Take Notes.
Lots of notes.
Keep them in 1 place - in a journal or one file on line.
My method is simple. I’m still handwriting in a paper 5x7 spiral bound notebook.

On the left hand side of the journal, all the great ideas, quotes, contacts, doodles, thoughts…

On the right side, notes about meetings, names, phone numbers, content of the discussion (in person, on the phone), how to and what to do lists.
Follow-ups and timelines.
I can trace back to the dinosaur age and connect you right now to a conversation that I had with your grandfather (lol) and, remember the details.

have the capacity to embrace their own opposites,
most notably vulnerability alongside strength, and confidence balanced by humility."
