Quitting is Leading Too
Knowing how to abandon a failed idea, task or relationship is often the most difficult kind of decision to make.
One of Mandela's strategies was to lower the voting age from 18, to 14 (as it is in Cuba, Indonesia, North Korea and Iran). He appeared on South African television and proposed the idea. He was the only supporter, it turned out.
He had to face the reality that it would not win the day. He accepted it with great humility. He didn't sulk. That was also a lesson in leadership.
Your Tipping Point: Quitting
What do you need to let go of, to quit, or to change?
Can you accept that with great humility?
